Spice cakes with spice cake mix and sourdough discard. I am working toward having a full on little cottage bussiness.

What is the one thing in the house you don't really like to clean... me it's the ceilings and top high shelves.. I am concerned about higher up areas due to a fall from when I was a kid off the back of a slide.. even in movies it gives me a weird sense of anxitiy!!!!

Older books are simpler in terms of what focus they had. This one is for the kitchen and it's got some pretty neat ways to do things. Let me know if you would like to know more.

Yup this happens to be such a quick and easy way to utilize some of the extra discard we have. With summer coming I want to have meals pre-made as much as possible so there can be lots of extra fun time.
