I'm excited to share that I'm the featured artist for this year's Malibu Surfing Association Classic Invitational Surf Contest. After being selected for this project I first made an original acrylic painting from one of my favorite photos. Then I digitized and made a graphic that will be printed on all the merch for this year's event. After the tragic fires that devastated our community earlier this year it was wonderful to celebrate my love for this very special place with both a fine art painting and a digital graphic 🥰🏄🏻‍♂️🎨 I will have a booth set up at the entrance to the event happening at Surfrider Beach September 6-7. While I am going to be slammed getting a few projects done before the event I will also be keeping an eye on this community and I would love to see your work. Please feel free to post images of your artwork and/or share your feedback on this or other posts. I'm proud to be an active member of the Malibu Surf Association and look forward to building this ARTworkaholic community of like-minded hardworking artists, crafters and creative people who want to learn/share/grow together!
