Quick 5k assignment Fee got another closing on august 8th and got another contract for closing next month looking at a potential 15k assignment these are all from cold calling it works guys

I tried to use propwire which I did find potential properties only problem is im having trouble skip tracing tried to use the true people search method but the #’s not work… Any advice?
