Incorrect sentence: Ayer fui al gimnasio y después voy a casa a descansar. Correct sentence: Ayer fui al gimnasio y después fui a casa a descansar. Issue: First part of sentence was past tense and second part was present tense. You said I went to the gym and then after I go home to rest. That not correct! Should be I went to gym and after I went home to rest 😅 Yo pienso 🫣😅

1. Correct: Llegó tarde / Why: Tarde isn’t used as an adjective with estar ? 2. Correct: Tengo calor / Why: While Estoy caliente would be grammatically correct in English, in Spanish it’s not as I believe it describes a physical item as being hot in the sense: This soup is hot! Whereas Calor refers to temperature! I think 🤣🤷🏽‍♂️ 3. Correct: Estoy aburrido porque no tengo nada que hacer. / Why: I believe Ser describes personality and Estar discribes emotional state ?! 😅

✨ ¿Cómo lo diría un hispanohablante? Hola 😊 Muchas veces (Many times) nuestras frases son correctas, pero no suenan (don't sound) naturales. Hoy vamos a practicar (we're going to practice) cómo sonar (how to sound) más natural. 📚 Palabras útiles - muchas veces (many times) - natural (natural) - sonar (to sound) - cambiar (to change) - mejorar (to improve) 📝 Actividad Esta frase es correcta: Estoy muy cansado porque trabajé mucho. ¿Puedes escribir una versión que suene más natural? Por ejemplo, puedes usar palabras como: - agotado (exhausted) - hecho polvo (worn out) - reventado (very tired) 👶 Principiante Cambia solo una palabra. 🙂 Intermedio Escribe una frase nueva. 🚀 Desafío Escribe dos versiones: Una formal. Una informal. 💜 Dale "Me gusta" a tu favorita.
