I'm in between Esteem and Belongingness. Since I've barely started my career, I feel like i need to time to grow.

@Manuel Diaz Since I've graduated, I don't feel the desire to celebrate because of the level of uncertainly I'm experiencing as I transition between "College Life" to an "Adult Job". My self-esteem is lower because I haven't had a chance to prove myself. Right now I'm pushing myself to achieve personal accomplishments. I'll know I've reached the peak of Esteem when I'm respected and admired among my peers.
