So cool that we get to see the behind the scenes of your work with figuring it out with AI. Most communities we only get to see the on stage production and not behind the scenes work being done like in this video.
Buy vs. build (the AppSumo decision)
You don't have to build the tech. Sometimes the smart move is to buy it. A lot of people freeze here: "I'd need to build an app, hire developers, learn to code..." No, you don't. I didn't. I picked up a lifetime deal on a tool that already worked (DM Champ), and pointed all my energy at the part that actually matters — building a real business around it. Think about where your time is best spent. If you're a busy professional, your scarcest resource isn't ideas — it's hours. Buying or licensing a proven tool means you skip months of building and go straight to the real work: finding people with a problem, and solving it. Building the product is a job. Building the business is the opportunity. For most of us starting out, buying the first and focusing on the second is the faster, saner path. Have you ever bought a tool or lifetime deal you're now sitting on unused? What would it take to actually build something around it?
