I absolutely loved today's session ~~ and I only just noticed that our slides from Natalie had more than one page lol. I had no idea how to do the practice earlier so I was just winging it with my amateur astrology study knowledge. I have been studying astrology along with my continued Herbalism since last February and used all of the astrology and prayers with the plants in 2025 to create a Snake Oil blend for every season of the Snake year. It's been a very interesting journey and I find it deeply satisfying to continue to find "my way" in this world. I have meditation most days at the same time of our breathwork sessions so I have been breathing with y'all, just at a different time and space. And I only started breathwork last January and truly believe it's been a transformative practice for me navigating the most difficult year of my life. Leaning more into my missing Air element and really allowing myself to find new breath of life everywhere I look. So many of you shared in the chat today that resonates in my heart ~ Diane, your story of Glastonbury brought me to tears with you. Love is my currency too and I never got along well with money and still learning how to be lovers!! Meg I loved your share too and might have gotten you mixed up earlier when I messaged about the herbs because now I think that could have been Robyn!! Either way, would love to continue to connect with y'all and continue the conversations! I also wanted to share a doc that I had from my studies and the days of the week, planets, plants, and correlations in the body. Can you tell I've got a Sag stellium and truly love to learn and share?! Could have been a teacher and I am still finding ways to share and connect and continue to learn with others.
