27 September 2026 | DCT, I’m Converting My Older GPTs Into Something You Can Keep, Personalize, and Rebuild for Yourself.
Many of you have used my GPTs, and I do not want you to depend on access to a specific tool forever. So my team and I are converting those older GPTs into system instruction guides, but I am doing something a little different. I am not just handing you a finished Skill file. I want you to: 1. Download the system instruction guide. 2. Upload it into your AI. 3. Use the tool. 4. Tell the AI what you like and what you want changed. 5. Keep refining it until it works the way you want. 6. Then turn that finished conversation into your own personalized Skill file. That part matters. If the AI creates something and you do not like the proportions, the wording, the order of the questions, the style, or anything else, tell it. Do not just accept the first result. You are teaching the system how you want it to work. Then, once you have the process right, you can reverse-engineer the conversation into a Skill file that reflects your preferences and workflow. That is the bigger lesson. Do not just collect AI tools. Learn how the tool works. Adjust the process. Then preserve what works. I also added the Terms of Use so you are clear on what you can personalize and use, and what you can't share, resell, repackage, or redistribute. Go through the lesson and grab the instructions here: https://www.skool.com/digitaldownloadsuccess/classroom/f9b47396?md=1c813a68d0054d408a2c0de0749eb0a6 Start with one guide. Use it throughout before you worry about converting everything. Use it. Correct it. Train it. Then save it.

Creating and not shipping?
Alright, let’s be honest for a minute. Some of us can create new ideas, new offers, new graphics, new downloads, new notebooks, new frameworks, and possibly a whole new business model before the kettle finishes boiling. But selling the things we already made? Suddenly we need supervision, a gentle intervention, and maybe a responsible adult with a clipboard. Today’s reminder: creating is only half the business. Selling, sharing, posting, pitching, and following up are what help the work actually reach people. So here’s today’s question: What is one thing you’ve already created that needs to be sold, shared, promoted, or followed up on this week? Drop it below. No shame. We are simply locating the evidence. 😏

FUN FRIDAY: WHAT’S HIDING IN YOUR CANVA?
Okay, creators. Time for a little Friday foolishness. Open Canva and look through your recent designs. How many things have you created that you NEVER published, promoted, sold, printed, or did another blessed thing with? 👀 Don’t start fixing anything! We’re just taking inventory. Which category are you? 😂 A: “Oh, that’s not too bad.” 😬 B: “I forgot I made that.” 👀 C: “Why do I have THREE versions of this?” 😭 D: “Close Canva. We don’t need to discuss this.” And remember our September motto: 💙 CREATE LESS. FINISH MORE. GET SEEN. GET PAID. 👇🏾 Drop your letter below. I’ll mind my business. Mostly. ✌🏾

Good morning, Miss Janice B for me. I have a lot of stuff that I forgot I created in Canva.🙏🏿🙏🏿 that I need to get out.
💡 ONE PRODUCT = MORE THAN ONE POST
Here’s your content tip for today: Stop thinking you need something NEW to talk about every day. Let’s say you created a workbook. You could post: 1️⃣ Why you created it 2️⃣ The problem it solves 3️⃣ A peek inside 4️⃣ A tip taken from the workbook 5️⃣ A customer question about the topic That’s FIVE pieces of content from ONE product. 🤖 Try this with AI: “I sell [PRODUCT] for [AUDIENCE]. Give me five different social media post angles that promote this product without repeating the same message. Include one educational, one story-based, one problem-focused, one behind-the-scenes, and one direct promotional post.” That’s how we use AI to help us market what we already made. Not make another product. 👀
