Bio: My journey started over 2 years ago. I have lost 93 pounds and I have my love for myself back! I am a lifetime warrior striving to be 1% better daily

Bio: I’m sandie!! I’ve been on this health journey for about two years (ish). I teach kindergarten, married 20 years, and have four grown kids.

Bio: Just trying to learn to take one day at a time, manage my health problems naturally, and trust God with the details.
