Built a conversation system that handles meetings, reminders & follow-ups — would love feedback
Hey everyone 👋 I’ve been working on an automation system recently and wanted to share it here to get some genuine feedback. Most chat systems I’ve seen are good at replying — but once conversations continue, things start breaking: users return, details change, meetings get rescheduled, timezones create confusion, and follow-ups don’t happen properly. So I built something called TalkPilot. The goal wasn’t to create another chatbot, but a system that can actually manage conversations end to end. It can: • remember users and past conversations • update details naturally during chat • book, reschedule, or cancel meetings • handle everything in the user’s timezone • send reminders automatically • ask for feedback after meetings • handle no-shows with reschedule links I’ve shared a short overview video on LinkedIn showing how the system looks in action. 👉 Watch here: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/yash-maheshwari5_problem-most-businesses-rely-on-chat-systems-ugcPost-7418271469211865088-RRt9 This is just an overview — next I’ll be sharing how the whole system is built behind the scenes. Not selling anything here, just building and learning in public. Would genuinely love to hear your thoughts or suggestions 🙌

Thanks for sharing Yash!! Remembering users and past conversations are quite important. Would like to see the actual demo when it’s available. Is this just AI chatbot?

Win Skool Games - Truth in the Tallow
I am Sherri Kenny and I am currently ranked 1666 in Health I am still working on understanding how all this works together. What really helped me was going back through Skool 101 and took detailed notes, thank you @Josh Yip for the excellent tip! I'm doing a series called Seasons of Obscurity, connecting overlooked women of the Bible to any woman feeling invisible right now and exploring how those emotional seasons show up on our skin. Here is a brief excerpt of the most recent post: "Hello, Richly Favored. Are you tired of "white-knuckling" your way through life only to have your skin pay the bill? Your face is a truth-teller, exposing the cortisol spikes and gut issues caused by staying in survival mode. In my latest post, we’re looking at Jochebed and her "Trust in Letting Go" soul lesson, because the truth is, you cannot skincare your way out of a soul-level control issue. When we refuse to surrender, that internal "clench" thins our gut lining and wrecks our collagen, leaving our skin as a billboard for our stress. It’s time to stop sandblasting the surface and start investigating the Dynamic Response of your body. Join us in the community to learn how to push your "basket" into the Nile and finally let your skin heal. Yours, Abundantly Rich."

🏆 Win Skool Games - Community Challenge
I've been planning a fun challenge for a few weeks and decided to announce it today. We're calling it 🏆 Win Skool Games. The goal is simple. Show up consistently, help each other and move up the AI & Skool Hub ⭐️❤️‍🔥🚀 leaderboard together. This is not about competing against each other. Its about learning, staying visible and improving week by week. To support this, I’ve changed our "win" category to 🏆 Win Skool Games. This is where all challenge updates will live. If you want to win together then join the challenge, MAKE YOUR OWN POST and share: where you’re ranked what you worked on what helped or didn’t what you’re posting or doing inside your own community even post what you are already posting in your community (super simple) You can start now if you want a head start. The first winner will be announced on March 1st. Winners receive VIP Membership for Life inside AI & Skool Hub. And if we win Skool Games as a community, we celebrate and level up together. I’ll be posting our community's updates there as well. Lets get the party started and win the Skool Games together 🤝🏻

@Sherri Kenny finding a partner to help you level up will be more effective and we should have more of these going.
This is our first discovery update 🚀
We’re in the Relationships category and we just moved from Rank #65 ---> #61 to chase our ⭐️ This didn’t happen because of one person. It happened because all of you are showing up, posting, commenting, reacting and helping each other. Some of you are posting consistently. Some of you are jumping into conversations. Some of you are supporting others quietly behind the scenes. All of it counts 🤝🏻

My win from yesterday
I had claude code build a wrapper for 2 plug-ins and claude code to put me as the human in the loop at the beginning for planning and at the end for review. The 2 plug-ins handle carving out tasks from the plan and completing the tasks. My first test was a simple code breaker style game Huedle, it's available to play and burn a couple minutes on vercel: https://play-huedle.vercel.app/ I like the game enough to actually add some gamification to it now. Think leaderboards and content creators/builders being able to share links and what they are all about.
