Hi, I’m Joshua—and I’m so glad you’re here. I’ve spent the last decade working as an in-home personal trainer, nutrition coach, and run coach, helping people get stronger, move pain-free, and find joy in their fitness. I’m also a lifelong endurance athlete—I’ve run over a dozen full marathons, a few 50Ks, multiple 50-milers, and even a 100-miler. But just like you, I’m juggling a lot outside of fitness. These days, I’m managing my business, just purchased our first home (it's been a doozy with all of the unplanned projects), planning a wedding, and caring for our two cats and pup. I understand what it's like to want to be your best self while still keeping up with real-life responsibilities. That’s why I started this community.
