After I have met a potential client at a show and they show some interest in a painting or commission, I usually follow up a few days later and either they never get back or say that they’ll see me when they visit. Maybe I’m not saying the right things but I could use some kind of script or keywords that will catch their interest. What usually works for you? I need to figure this out, thanks!

Here are my last few commissions done!
Live Painting Estimates
I may get hired to participate in a live painting event, perhaps more than one. They asked what my rates were and I said I’ll get back to them about it. Outside the hotel premises in other locations will pay more than at the hotel. The violinist gets paid $250 at the hotel and up to $1900 elsewhere. I’ve never done this before, so any sights what to fairly charge would be great. They never hired an artist for these events so all I mentioned that it’s negotiable.
Art booth one liners
Let’s have fun with this. What excuses have you heard people say to get out of not buying your art at your booth. And what is a good response back? I’ll start - I love your art but don’t have any more wall space.
Earn $100,000 from art without selling originals and More - Art Business Sales
💰 Can You Make Six Figures Without Selling Originals? YES! 🎨 Many artists wonder if they can earn over $100K a year without selling original paintings. The answer? Absolutely! Photographers, digital artists, and graphic designers do it all the time, so can you! But here’s the key: you must reach the right buyers, not just other artists. Here’s how: ✅ Social Media – Love it or hate it, it works. But make sure you're attracting collectors, not just artists. ✅ Your Website – A website alone isn’t enough; you need to drive traffic through ads, collaborations, or partnerships. ✅ Email Marketing – The email list is NOT dead! The right audience will open, read, and buy, if you write emails that connect. ✅ Collaboration – Team up with 4-5 artist friends and feature each other on your platforms every week. Authors do this, and it works for artists too! The secret? Nurture your audience. Build relationships, speak their language, and genuinely care. This isn’t about posting and hoping, it’s about connecting and making them excited about your art! 💡 Your Action Step: Choose one of these strategies and apply it TODAY. 🚀

Mailchimp help designing a sleek modern template?
Hi everyone! I am using Mailchimp to email my list and would like to stay with them but am wanting a more modern, sleek look- possibly a custom designed template is what I need? Has anyone here worked with any of their experts for hire? Or have had luck designing an attractive template using Mailchimp. This is just a screenshot of what I am using now, which I designed myself. I am not very tech savvy

I made up my own template from scratch and saved it. It helps to look at other newsletters and borrow elements you like about them.
