Day 9 Networking Challenge: Your Invisible Value
Today isn’t about reaching out. It’s about recognising what you already bring. Your task: Write down 3 things you do so naturally that other people struggle with (e.g. organising chaos, calming people down, explaining complex things simply, spotting problems early). One thing I do without thinking is ________. It helps people by ________. 💡 Why this matters: Networking isn’t just about who you know — it’s about being clear on why you’re valuable, so when opportunities come up, you can step forward without second-guessing yourself. Bonus (optional): If you see someone else post something that resonates, reply with where you’ve seen them do this in real life. Let’s make the invisible… visible. 👀✨

1) I make complex science simple. Sleep, hormones, recovery, biomechanics—most people get overwhelmed. I break it down so it actually clicks and you know exactly what to do next. 2) I read people fast and adjust even faster. Coaching isn’t about a template. It’s about knowing what someone needs in real time. Energy low? We pivot. Stress high? We reset. Ready to push? We go. 3) I turn chaos into structure. Most people drown in information. I build clear systems, phases, and steps that make progress feel easy and actually doable. These aren’t skills I learned overnight—they’re what 20+ years in the trenches taught me. What’s one thing you do naturally that others find difficult?

Day 5 – End the Year Strong Networking Challenge ✨
Today’s task is super simple but incredibly powerful: 👉 Reconnect with an old work contact you haven’t spoken to in a while. We all have those people we genuinely liked, collaborated well with, or learned from… and then life got busy. Today is the day to reopen that door. Just send a light, no-pressure message like: “Hey, it’s been a while! I was thinking of you today and wanted to check in. How are things going on your end?” You never know what opportunities, ideas, or reconnections could flow from a quick hello. Let me know how you go! 💛✨

Oh this is great!!
If you could get one introduction this month that would completely change the trajectory of your business… who would it be and why?
I’m asking because I’ve noticed how often a single connection can unlock opportunities we didn’t even know existed. And somewhere in this community… that person might be only one degree away. Drop the name, the industry, or even just the “type” of person. Let’s see if we can connect some dots for each other.

@Helen Pryse Lloyd I couldn’t agree more. It takes a huge amount of humility to admit what we aren’t great at
How to Be a Better Networker When You’re an Introvert
If networking drains your energy or feels a little intimidating, you’re not alone—and you’re not at a disadvantage. In fact, introverts often make the most genuine, meaningful connections because they listen deeply, notice details others miss, and build trust naturally. Here are some simple ways to make networking feel lighter, calmer, and more aligned with who you are: ✨ 1. Set an intention before you walk in or connect online. Decide what you want to get out of the event, one meaningful conversation, meeting someone new, or simply showing up. ✨ 2. Start small. Aim for quality over quantity. One great conversation can open more doors than ten quick hellos. ✨ 3. Use curiosity as your superpower.Introverts excel at asking thoughtful questions. Let your natural curiosity guide you—people love to feel seen and heard. ✨ 4. Prepare a few go-to conversation starters. This takes the pressure off. Try something simple like, “What brings you here today?” or “Tell me about your business.” Easy, open, and flowing. ✨ 5. Follow up while the energy is high. A short message the next day can turn a quick chat into a long-term relationship. Remember, your gentle presence is powerful. Your ability to connect deeply is a gift. Show up with intention, trust your energy, and let the universe open the right doors for you. introverts in the group, let us know you're here!

Ooo this is a great post—would love to hear from others, and I think this a great refresh for everyone: set your intentions, protect your energy, and aim for a meaningful connection with one or two people instead of trying to “work the room.” Ask good questions, stay curious, and let people talk… listen. Then, make sure to follow up :) Let’s build real meaningful relationships… otherwise, what’s the point? @Allison Creighton @Bhawani Shankar Sharma @Christian Wittmann @Clara Smith @Ross Young @Shannon Boyer @Tracey Giannuzzi @Tim Wagner @Vasi Smith @Des Dreckett @Danielle Tucker @Elias Rhodes @Marama Elizabeth @Gale Bates @Heather Majors @Ilia Kapustin @Jason Hagelberg @Kyra Jones @Lara Sloan @Luke Maguire @Melissa Vermaak @MaryBeth Ramsey @Nikhil Kardam @Paulo Costa @Alexander Walter @Benjamin Do
