After rolling my ankle pretty bad this past weekend I’m just now starting to be able to put some weight on it consistently without being in pain so needless to say my workouts have been almost nonexistent this week. I’m really hoping to get back on track this weekend going into next week to hit the ground running. I’m disappointed that my first week in this project I wasn’t able to do the challenge, but next week should be better.

Completed my 1st Spartan Super this past weekend. I ended up falling onto and rolling my ankle pretty bad at about mile 1, but was able to push through. So even though I’m smiling, I was definitely in some pain lol. With the penalty loops, it turned into 6.83mi. Overall, it was a great course and set up to be mentally and physically challenging.
