PPL
Have any of you tried working with PPL providers to get deals? If so, what was your experience and who do you like best/worst?

@McKlane Bobbitt Yea, I think the ones that are $250-300/lead are geared towards the operations with quite high marketing spend. I think motivatedleads is $300 or more, no matter whether its rural or not. Dunno how their delivery is done though. I have a call with ispeedtolead to test them out a bit over the coming month.

@Phil Banks Yea, in the end, leads are leads. I'm trying out the nationwide virtual wholesaling model for now and hitting their coupon club for a month and seeing if I can pull anything outta that. If nothing else, it'll help me hone my skills and get my processes down more.

CRM Suggestions/What Are You Using?
Hey all, I'm looking and testing a few different CRMs right now. I'm currently outsourcing outbound lead generation and getting fed motivated leads and looking more at PPL for inbound lead sourcing. I like REISift, but don't love that its not integrated with data and calling such as something like one of the GHL builds. Just wondering what you're using, what your lead gen model is, and what you like/hate about what you're using?

@McKlane Bobbitt Ok cool. I did grab DealMachine to do initial outreach to PPL or motivated leads from my cold callers since their dialer matches the area code to the seller's area code for improved pickup rate (hopefully). Going to test that along with GHL for now. If I get into the niche data and my own callers/data/acq team I'll definitely look more at REISift. Thanks for your reply.
