Welcome! Introduce yourself + share a pic of your training space
Glad you're here! This community is built for coaches, CSCS candidates, and performance-minded professionals who take their craft seriously. 👉 In your first post, tell us: - Who you are and what you do - Where you're at in your CSCS journey (or if you're already certified, what you're working on now) - A fun fact—either about your coaching, your training, or just something that makes you you - And post a photo of your training space—whether it’s a garage gym, college weight room, or the local fitness club. We want to see it! This is your space to level up, get real answers, and connect with others who are serious about performance—let’s raise the standard together.

Hi, I’m a former CrossFit gym owner, personal trainer, and nutrition coach. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with people at all levels, from those just getting started to competitive athletes chasing big goals. Pouring into others and helping them build strength, confidence, and resilience has always been my passion. After stepping away from gym ownership and coaching full time, I spent time in the corporate world serving in a consulting and eventually an executive role. It was a season that taught me a lot about leadership, discipline, and responsibility, but it also made something clear — I missed being close to the process of helping people grow through performance. Ever since that transition, I’ve felt a strong pull back toward the field. I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology (2025), which shaped how I see performance — recognizing that mindset, habits, and self-belief play just as big a role as physical preparation. I’m currently pursuing my master’s in Human Performance with a focus on Strength and Conditioning, while also working toward my CSCS certification. My goal is to step into a role coaching athletes on the field, where I can combine preparation, performance, and presence in real time. Fun fact: I live on a farm with my wife and our 2 daughters, Mya and Layla. We have 8 horses, 21 chickens, 2 dogs and "coy pond" with about 20 gold fish. I am also blessed with a ~1200sqft gym 💪
