Need Advice On My Offer And SOP's
Hello everyone, I’ve just signed my first client for my SMMA. He’s a family friend who runs a food catering business (weddings, birthdays, private events, etc.), and I’m planning to focus specifically on the food catering niche. My goal is to build a repeatable offer and SOP system that can work for all catering clients so it’s easier to scale later. My question for those of you who already have clients is: What SOP structure has worked best for you when generating leads or appointments for service businesses? Some specific things I’m trying to figure out: • Do I use Facebook lead forms or send people directly to WhatsApp (for my niche specifically)? • Do I call the leads, or does the client handle the calls? • Do I schedule the appointments myself or let the client do it? • Do I guarantee leads, appointments, or booked jobs (paying clients)? • Do I provide the sales script to the client? • Do I set up systems like Zapier/CRM for tracking leads? The reason I’m asking is because these decisions affect: • How much work is on my side • What I can realistically guarantee (leads vs appointments vs clients) • How much I can charge my clients (I can charge the least for guaranteed leads and the most for guaranteed new clients, leads is easiest to achieve, clients is hardest to achieve) For example, if I personally call leads after they fill out a form, I could guarantee way more appointments, but that would take much more time. If I only provide leads, it’s less work for me, but the client’s sales ability affects results. In summary, I’m trying to figure out whether I should offer guaranteed leads, guaranteed appointments, or guaranteed new clients, and depending on each one, what SOP’s are necessary to fulfil the offer? For those of you already running campaigns: What system has been the most scalable and reliable for you? Appreciate any advice, I want to build this the right way from the start and avoid beginner mistakes. Thanks everyone.

@Tarav Gupta It’s a pay per result with discrepancy (Charlie Morgan’s recommended model). So let’s say I guarantee 100 qualified leads @€10 per lead, I charge €1,000 upfront, and let’s say I only get 90 qualified leads, I refund €100 for the 10 leads I missed (10 leads missed X €10). I’m just wondering what SOP’s Charlie Morgan has that allows him to guarantee 30 new clients in 30/60/90 days? I guess his SOP’s are only revealed in easy grow

@Thure Sander Thank you
Need advice
Hi Jimmy, and everyone in this community, I need your advice as I’m lost right now. So right now I’m doing personal training, and soon I want to start my smma agency for sports coaches (basketball, tennis, PT, volleyball, etc) who are self employed and struggling to get clients. So, a while ago I bought Alex Hormozis book ‘gym secrets’ which explains how he used FB ads to scale his gyms and how he created Gymlaunch, and I even bought the Gymlaunch ads course, except I would use those ads for getting personal training clients (since I don’t own a gym), and I would use client financed acquisition to scale (1 customer pays for 3-5 new customers when they pay upfront). So last month instead of going with FB ads I got 5,000 flyers printed and delivered to the local houses, as I thought it would work better, before I started experimenting with FB ads. I made a very good ad in my opinion and I followed everything in the ads course, but I ended up with 0 leads (I got 2 but they were tire kickers). Right now I’m down €700, and honestly I’m terrified of investing in FB ads, because I cannot afford to lose anymore money. I realise now I should’ve just gone with FB ads in the first place, but it feels like too big of a risk for me to try again right now. That €700 loss was a huge hit to my confidence and my spirit because I’ve lost way more than that prior to the flyers (PT certificate and other stuff related to setting up the PT business). These flyers were supposed to be my saving grace as I had been working on this business for way too long with no results and money constantly leaving my account trying to build this thing. Any advice on what you would do in my situation? The last thing I want to do is go back to my old job as I quit to make this thing work, but I also don’t feel confident investing in FB ads right now incase it drains my last bit of cash. If I do invest, I NEED these ads to work, and personal training already is a terrible industry for getting clients, but I’m in too deep now and don’t have a choice, I have to make this work and get my money back, and then I can start my agency once I’ve proven I can get clients. I’m open to all advice. Thanks for your help.

@Giovanni Cristiano Hi Giovanni, thanks for your help. I've contacted everyone in my contacts and gotten as many referrals as possible from the people that did sign up. Got about 5 clients right now and looking to get to 15-20 before stepping into the agency business. How would you go about doing cold outreach when my niche is super broad like personal training? I've posted in the Facebook groups, did warm outreach, did door2door sales, sent out the flyers and done all that type of stuff, it's just finding the contacts that seems impossible. Is there any website you know of that has a list of every phone number in your local city/town? What would you do to do cold outreach? Thank you
