Calendar integration
Anyone know of a way to integrate the GHL calendar to an external calendar (for the bookings created by the bot) without the need to get the client to have a log in and sign into their Google / outlook calendar? Maybe a one time sign in link or something? Previously had a client who went in an deleted conversations between the bot and lead so I don't trust them now and want to keep them out of the subaccount as much as possible.

@Connor Farrow You could use a one-time OAuth connection to authorize the external calendar without giving the client access to the GHL subaccount. Once connected, the bot can keep syncing bookings automatically. Make/ Zapier could handle the integration layer too.
Quick question
Im all set to go now. One thing. Am I right in thinking that you just do a coffee call by showing them how the bot works in Open AI? Ive watched the YT video. And, ask them the questions were told to ask about their company. Just wanted to clarify. TIA

@Kevin Long Pretty much, but I’d make the call more discovery-focused. Understand their pain points first, then demo the bot around their specific use case rather than just showing what it can do.
Quick share
I have a long established company that concentrates on high end executives. Ive been using a software called EXPLEE. It really is amazing. I thought it may help someone find key personal in large companies. You can find it at https://explee.com. Its super cheap too. Good luck. Im not an affiliate BTW.

@Kevin Long Thanks for sharing, Kevin. For a company focused on high-end executives, combining tools like this with automated lead capture and follow-up can make the outreach process much more efficient.
GHL snapshots
Hi @Dan Wardrope and team, I'm ready for the snapshots. If you could send me a Standard Share Link, that would be great. I signed up with GHL today and it looks like they provisioned me as a Location User, so I don't have a Relationship Number to give you yet. I need to schedule the onboarding call and get some things sorted out.

@Melinda Schmidt Hi Melinda, welcome to GHL! No worries at all. Once you get your onboarding sorted and have the necessary access/Relationship Number, you should be all set. If you need any help getting things set up or navigating GHL, feel free to reach out I’d be happy to help.
GHL White Label or GHL Affiliate? That is the question.
What are the pros/cons of a GHL white label account vs. staying a plain affiliate? Right now I'm just an affiliate. My plan is to run webinars showing local service business owners how to use GHL to run their operations more efficiently. The real goal is for most of them to decide it's too much hassle and hire me to handle setup/automations. But for the ones who do want to DIY it, I'd rather they not know it's just GHL under the hood. So in that scenario, would white-labeling make more sense than staying an affiliate? Basically: "you can get [my branded software] and do it yourself, or I can just do it for you." Thoughts?

@Sarah and Britt I’d lean toward white-labeling in that scenario. It gives you the best of both worlds you can let DIY clients use your branded platform while positioning yourself as the expert they can hire for setup, automations, and ongoing support. The affiliate route is simpler, but white-label gives you more control over the client experience and branding.
