I have a workout split and it’s a bit unstable, as someone who is trying to compete in classic physique later in the future and I would say my arms need the most Improvement from shoulders to forearms and my chest and back if yall can help me put together a good workout split I’d be greatly appreciative I was just on GLP-3 and lost lots of muscle and I need to gain it back. I’m willing to take tips on how to make my physique better and what to work on more
