Completed SC 22. Really glad I was able to do it without too much resistance in the lower back. It’s good to move!
Starting the week strong
Just completed WC 31. Features the split squat holds. WOW. Challenging. Good to revisit those again. Important to focus hard on keeping the tripods.

Hola Movers — hope you’re having a great weekend. Before anything else, I wanted to let you know that there will be no live sessions this week. My family and I are taking a vacation to celebrate my daughter's graduation, and I'm doing my best to be fully present and take as much time away from work as possible. If you know me, you know that’s not always easy 😅 I will still be checking in, reading your posts, and answering questions throughout the week — just with a little more delay than usual. 🔥 Keep the Momentum Going One thing I’ve learned over the years is that consistency matters more than perfection. Even when life gets busy, a few sessions can make a huge difference. 👉 Take a minute today and decide when your 3 sessions will happen this week. WC #24 completed I noticed that I could get my feet fully in the ground by the third rolling exercise. It’s a little bit of progress.

@Rodrigo Gallego very good session, especially after the drive yesterday. I felt it big time! I probably should have done a hinge or three at our lunch break during the drive. It would have been entertaining for the lunch crowd.
