Need Help Building With AI?
Hey everyone! Well my Seattle trip was a whirlwind, and I made so many connections, got so much positive feedback, have at least 2 new brand ambassadors, and most importantly made some real friends beyond just networking. Part of what I gathered from my meeting there is that a lot of people needed help figuring out how to use AI to build something like LezFindr that has so many moving parts. I was thinking of starting a Google Meets meetup maybe bi-weekly for queer founders that need some help building with AI, and keeping your business going with AI as a tool. My question before I go full Josh on this is I wanted to know if this is something that might also be helpful to those in this group? If I do this, is there something you'd like to see there? I was thinking that each call I could also maybe save like 1 non-sensitive thing I have to do for LezFindr and do it live so everyone could just see the flow that works for me. Totally open to discussions and feedback on this, but I just want to help uplift other creators however I can.

@Scott Fullerton thank you! Yeah, Seattle was game changing for me. It helped me with my imposter syndrome for sure
Friday Wins: Turn One Collaboration Into Ongoing Visibility
This week, we focused on Building Strategic LGBTQ+ Collaborations, because visibility grows faster when we stop trying to do everything alone. Here’s what we built together: Monday: We created a Collaboration Map and identified people, businesses, organizations, podcasts, and events worth connecting with. Tuesday: We narrowed that list to strong-fit partners based on audience, values, credibility, and opportunity. Wednesday: We worked on making a clear, mutually beneficial collaboration ask. Thursday: We took collaboration into the community through events, guest appearances, sponsorships, speaking, and shared visibility. Today, we bring it all together with one final question: How do you make one collaboration lead to the next opportunity? The answer is follow-up. A great collaboration should not end when the podcast stops recording, the event ends, or the social post disappears. Afterward: • Thank your partner personally • Share and promote the collaboration • Tag and acknowledge everyone involved • Stay connected with the new people you met • Ask what worked well for your partner • Look for a natural next opportunity • Refer business back whenever possible Friday Action: Create Your Collaboration Follow-Up Plan Choose ONE collaboration, relationship, or community connection you made, or want to make, and write down three follow-up actions. 1. How will I support them? 2. How will I stay connected? 3. What could we potentially do next? That is how a single appearance becomes a relationship. A relationship becomes a referral. A referral becomes another introduction. And one collaboration can start building an entire network around your business. This Week’s Big Takeaway Do not just collect contacts. Build relationships. The goal is not to use the LGBTQ+ community as a marketing channel. The goal is to participate, contribute, support, and become genuinely connected to the communities you serve. That is where stronger visibility, credibility, referrals, and opportunities begin.

Monday: New Week! New Members! New Collaborations!
Monday Action: Build Your Collaboration Map, but first let's welcome 2 new members into the Success Syndicate. Welcome @Chris James from the UK, that has an interesting business that you just have to believe me on, lol. Also @Naomi Gartland has joined from the UK with a virtual and physical business. We look forward to having you both in conversations on how to grow business and ask for advice on your own that we all can help with. A new week means a new growth strategy inside the LGBTQ Success Syndicate. This week, we’re focusing on Building Strategic LGBTQ+ Collaborations, using partnerships, referrals, guest appearances, sponsorships, and community events to expand your visibility. You do not have to grow your business alone. Some of the best visibility opportunities come from getting connected to audiences that already exist. That might mean being a guest on someone else’s podcast, participating in a local Pride or business event, co-hosting a workshop, sponsoring a community program, cross-promoting with another business, creating a referral relationship, or inviting another professional into something you are producing. The key word is strategic. A good collaboration should create value for both sides. It should introduce your business to the right people, strengthen your credibility, and ideally lead to new conversations, referrals, customers, or community relationships. Monday Action: Create Your Collaboration Map Write down 5 people, businesses, organizations, podcasts, events, or community groups that already reach people you would like to connect with. Then ask yourself: What could I offer them? A guest appearance? Promotion? Expertise? Sponsorship? A shared event? Referrals? And just as importantly: What could we create together that benefits both of our audiences? Do not start with, “What can they do for me?” Start with, “What value can we create together?” That shift can turn cold outreach into a genuine relationship.
Monday: New Week! New Members! New Collaborations!

Seattle Area Social Queer Connects and Pride
Hey everyone! I am the guest speaker at the Social Queer Connects event at Lucy's Bottle Shop in Ballard on Thursday. It's geared toward entrepreneurship and queer business owners. I'll be talking about my company, myself and my story, and answering any questions anyone might have. I'm super excited and wanted to invite everyone. And I should be able to make the coffee meet up this week also 😁 I also was invited on stage at Alki Beach Pride and got some mic time to talk about my app. It was such a great experience. It's been a week full of wins and I wanted to extend the invite to not just this event but all of the social queer events. It's a great resource for professionals and networking. https://partiful.com/e/8OldPxahI8PKuleVRLX3?utm_source=ig&utm_medium=social&utm_content=link_in_bio&fbclid=PAZnRzaATxoZpwZG9mAmZkaWQWUMsuKQ6JEG7VCRMr8AYLpEH2b2ALOGV4dG4DYWVtAjExAHNydGMGYXBwX2lkDzEyNDAyNDU3NDI4NzQxNAABp_g_cJx7gCGsYfP40HRs8azvbQKcu_H-MHVH2CXtKdgfuCnPsMQgldw9lapy_aem_6sqdVAjsjpu0rj8qHH33zg
