Money Lessons from Abraham Let’s Turn All 8 Into Prayer We are not just learning business today. We are going to pray through wealth. Abraham did not build wealth by accident. He followed God. Step by step. Over and over again. So instead of just hearing the eight principles, let’s turn each one into a prayer you can actually use. Pray these slowly. Mean them. 1. Separation From Poverty Thinking Abraham left what was comfortable. Pray this: “Lord, show me where I am thinking small. Show me where I am listening to the wrong voices. Help me separate from any mindset that keeps me broke, fearful, or stuck. Give me courage to step away from comfort if that is what it takes to grow.” 2. Honoring God First With the Tithe Abraham gave first. Pray this: “God, I trust You as my provider. Teach me to put You first in my finances. Help me give before I spend. Remove fear around money. Open my hands so You can trust me with more.” 3. Choosing Peace Over Profit Abraham gave Lot first choice. Pray this: “Lord, help me choose peace over ego. If I have to walk away from a deal to protect my integrity or my relationships, give me strength to do it. I trust You to replace anything I release.” 4. Absolute Integrity in Every Deal Abraham paid full price when he could have taken it free. Pray this: “Father, keep me honest in every transaction. Let me never cut corners. Let me never cheat. Build my name on integrity. Protect my reputation and make it a door opener.” 5. Strategic Godly Alliances Abraham did not build alone. Pray this: “Lord, bring the right people into my life. Send mentors, partners, and friends who sharpen me. Remove wrong alliances that could damage my future. Help me add value to others.” 6. Radical Hospitality and Generosity Abraham served strangers who turned out to be angels. Pray this: “God, make me generous even when I do not see the return. Help me serve people with excellence. Let my kindness open doors I cannot see yet.”
