I joined this group as a pretty fresh white belt struggling with competition results. The outcome? Next to none. HPU taught me not only the highest level of techniques from pins/sub defense all the way to submissions of my own, but how to plan and review my training effectively. This alone is more value than what you pay, but your comp reviews, pro match breakdowns and the supportive community have added so much to my game. This is hands down the best group to be a part of for your BJJ journey.
