Is it time to start using AI?
You know you should be using AI in your business — you just don't know where to start, and the not-knowing has started to feel like proof you're falling behind. In this program, you'll build two or three AI habits you actually trust, testing each one on your own business before adding the next, until you're making decisions — quotes, scheduling, hiring — backed by real data instead of a gut feeling, with hours back in your week to show for it. Six sessions in, you're not still catching up on AI — you've already done it. Wait, and that doesn't change on its own: you'll still be guessing at what AI could already be handling, while the business owners around you get comfortable with it first.

This is such a great point. AI can feel overwhelming because there are so many tools and so much noise around what you should be doing with it. But you don’t have to overhaul your entire business overnight. Starting with a few practical, repeatable ways to use AI — things that actually save time, improve decisions, or take something off your plate — is where it really starts to click. The businesses that will benefit most from AI probably won’t be the ones chasing every new tool. They’ll be the ones that figure out where it genuinely makes their day-to-day work easier and then build from there.
