Check out this 182Q
Looks to have 50-65k in avionics and only 33 SMOH done in late 2021. However that means it has not flown much at all since the engine break in. How big of a concern is that? https://aircraftownershipsolutions.com/product/n735aj-1977-cessna-182q-skylane/

@Kerry Emmert ok so IF the cam doesn’t have corrosion and no other issues arise from a prebuy this 182 is a decent deal? Also it has no “flying” damage history but did have some hangar rash. From the ad: “The left flap and right aileron were reskinned in 2005 due to hangar rash”.

@Kerry Emmert my understanding is they have to pull some cylinders to check the cam. So that prebuy may run on the higher side. To your point about AOS wanting to flip the plane quickly I think that is accurate. They are not a traditional broker because they actually own the inventory. I’m sure they want to move it quicker than a broker that has no skin in the game other than his commission.
Co Ownerships structure.
Would like get some input and thoughts around structuring partnership. Putting aircraft in LLC and owning shares of that LLC versus a co ownership agreement. Currently looking at a 2 to 4 person ownership group? Have been studying the AOPA materials as well.

Great topic! Working on this as well so I will be following.
Cherokee 235/Dakota?
My first love is the Cessna 182. Unfortunately a lot of pilots feel the same way and the prices are crazy. I’ve been wondering if the 235/Dakota would be a good alternative. Anyone have input on them? https://www.trade-a-plane.com/search?make=PIPER&model_group=PIPER+DAKOTA+SERIES&model=DAKOTA&listing_id=2451269&s-type=aircraft

@Mark Horn Great info, exactly what I was looking for. I can get past only having one door but the cabin width is a concern though. I currently fly a piper arrow II which I believe is the same width? With two large adults in the front seats we are shoulder to shoulder. Have you had this issue?

More great info! 2” doesn’t sound like a lot but when flying right seat as safety pilot for one of the partners I have to slide my seat back so our shoulders are staggered if that makes sense. Not much of a safety pilot if I can’t reach the controls. I will watch your videos, thanks. Here is a screen shot from my YT short for a visual on what I’m talking about.
First Plane?
Looking to purchase my first aircraft this spring. Not looking to finance so my budget will be $70 to 85K. Mission is 80% of the time less than 250nm weekend day trips. 2-3 times a year would be 600nm flight. Needs: GPS (IFR certified), good radios and transponder, 2 axis autopilot. Wants: G5s (OK with six pack though), mid time engine Was leaning towards a m20c or m20e. I’ve notice quite a few good deals on e series bonanzas. The lack of parts scare me though. Also thought about going EAB like a rv9 or even a rv12 to keep flying relatively cheap. Any thoughts?

You mentioned the Mooney so I’ll offer an alternative, have you considered an Arrow? Bullet proof Lycoming 360, easier to work on than the Mooney. There were a decent number of them built over a lot of years so I would think parts availability is decent. Good luck in your search!
Check out this SR22
This G2 is a little north of my budget but it has a 0 time since SFRM engine with a 2 year warranty and a full 10 years on the repack. If it fits someone’s budget and mission this might be worth a look! https://airmart.com/aircraft/cirrus-sr22-g2-gts-n828dt/
