I just got my MC
Unfortunately, I have been spending the last few months fighting the bureaucracy to get this business up and running, but I now have my MC so can we pop a bottle? I need to do all this because in my state I need to have the authority BEFORE I get the freight insurance, which means I'm pretty much blocked from expedited shipping or any real contract routes until that time passes. Sorry I have not been involved lately, let's try to change that.

One thing I’ve learned on the “last mile”
Every job — whether it’s delivering packages, doing junk removal, or helping a client move — has taught me something about patience, planning, and problem-solving. One thing that always surprises me: people underestimate how much logistics is about thinking ahead. It’s not just driving from point A to B; it’s organizing, anticipating obstacles, and making sure every job goes smoothly. Curious — for those of you who’ve been in this game a while, what’s one tip you wish someone had told you before you started? Let’s share and help each other level up. 🚚💪

The real heroes of the last mile đźšš
Just joined the community and wanted to say hello to everyone here. It’s interesting how the “last mile” is where everything actually becomes real.A product can travel thousands of miles across oceans, warehouses, and supply chains… but the final delivery is what people remember. That moment when someone receives what they ordered that’s the moment that defines the entire process. Drivers, dispatchers, warehouse teams, route planners… the work might look simple from the outside, but it’s one of the most demanding and important parts of the system. In many ways, the last mile really is where the backbone of the middle class still lives. Curious to hear from others here: 👉 What’s one thing people outside logistics completely misunderstand about the job? Looking forward to learning from everyone here. 💪📦

@Bradley C. Fagan I would like to set up some contracts and start passing them off to other people but I am nowhere near that stage yet. For me a job is a job. Tomorrow I am doing a junk removal!

Piece of shit van
By the time I decided to get a pic of this, it was too late but this van had "POS" spray-painted on the sides as it was being towed away. Sad! I hope I can work mine till it's old enough to be covered in spray paint for a proper send-off. ITT post your favorite graffiti'd vehicles!
