-Your name - Joe Pina -Where you’re located - Falls Church, VA -Your profession or background - Retired military physician, chief medical officer, and leader coach -What sparked your interest in coaching/leadership development - Trained in Servant leadership, but also interested in how it contrasts and complements the concepts of Self Compassion. I coached VA leaders for 5 years and saw this as an opportunity for growth, both for me and for my clients. I am now in ILCATE G12 class and an actively engaged in the Excel Program.
