I joined mainly to try Stefi’s 3RM deadlift program and see how much I could improve. I didn’t expect to get so much out of the weekly technique work. I’ve bought in, followed the programming, and focused on movements I honestly overlooked before. Her weekly feedback has reinforced what I’m doing well and what I need to improve, which has built confidence. As a busy parent, student & full-time retail manager (🤯🙃), that structure is pivotal. The supportive community is a huge plus too.
