👉 We have our cold outreach call tomorrow where we go through the process of rolling up our sleeves and doing the work 🏋️‍♂️ that leads to deals, including asking questions after working enough to have them. 💪 I’m also going to share a bit about the past few days in Miami (Owners Club meetings) for anyone interested.

I talked on the phone today and texted with another about lending opportunites through Transactional Funding/Real Quick Loans. It was scary but I did it. I hope I didn't sound like a total idiot but, I had real conversations with human beings! Also, and forgive me if we've been over this...where to fix n flippers fit into our funding boxes? Or HOW do/can we get them to fit in those boxes?
