Greeting in the name of Jesus Christ
I am thankful to God for you and God has chosen us for the world in which billions of people live so that we can serve Him and achieve salvation and everlasting life. The Lord says that you are not but I have chosen you from this world God has the purpose in everything and everything. No work or thing happens without God's will I believe that God has mixed us out of this great world. There is definitely a purpose in God

Thanks! And yes we are so blessed to be able to share the message of the gospel with the world. It is definitely a task we can’t accomplish on our own. We need to power of Jesus Christ to help us with this task.

Techniques on Leading
Here we will discuss some different techniques on leadership. We will talk about things that have been successful and things that are not so much. If we are honest we don’t want to end up on worship fails insta page 😂 Here we can be honest and share things we have learned from our different contexts. So first let’s share one of your blunders in leadership I’ll start first 👇

At my first full time worship position, I was introducing a new arrangement of the hymn All Creatures Of Our God And King. We were using a click track and as I was getting ready to lead the click and my brain decided to play two opposing tempos. Needless to say I was stuck. I tried to start the song and froze. I said let’s try that again and so we attempted to try it again with no avail. This should have been my realization that we needed to move on but I looked into the audience and a lady said she knew the song and so I asked her to come up on stage and sing it with us… This was the wrong choice and we still couldn’t get through it. Talk about a rough day. Needless to say I have never to this day led that song again nor asked anyone from the audience to come and sing a song with us on the platform.
