@Olga Sannikova gotta be done for him. Just little touches like that make him stand that little bit taller, chest out... I'm number one mentally. He loves it. Gloves are really, really good as well
Monday Reflection 🧤
Each Monday, I want you to share your reflections from your game over the weekend — or your training session if you did not play. Tell us what you felt went well, but also be honest about what did not go so well. If you made a mistake, share: 1. What happened? 2. What could you have done differently? Remember, every mistake can be turned into a positive if you learn from it and move on. If everyone shares their reflections, comments on each other's posts and offers support or advice, I genuinely believe Monday Reflection could become one of the most powerful parts of this community. It gives you the chance to look back, learn, make small adjustments and improve your game week after week. So, how did your weekend go? Share your game or training reflections below. Ray

Very positive first u15s tournament for Ernie, one heavy defeat in 4 games. Played really well at a step up. Main pleasing aspect was not being intimidated by players who were physically more advanced and some a few years older. When an opponents manager tells Ernie that if he needs a new team ever then come join them. Today at training we're going to work on low, powerful shots, especially from outside the box. Focusing on how our feet movement will help us push across and hopefully make the save. Have a good week everyone, keep on smashing it 💪
First tournament
Time to reflect on Ernies first tournament for the u15s. 4 games played, 2 wins, 1 draw and a defeat. Fairly heavy defeat against probably the best side in the division with a team full of players at the higher end of the age bracket. First game comfortable 2-0 win with. Nothing much to do other than quick distribution to set up attacks . Second game, heavy defeat. 6-0 to a much bigger and older Lincoln side. Left exposed for a few goals and some you just have to say, not saving them. Pleasing point from this game was heads never dropped and Ernie made the dive to attempt the save. We've tried to give him a mind set of some shots you aren't going to save but making that attempt and effort are really important. Third game 1-1. Probably the most disappointing result in terms of dominance but didn't do enough in and around the oppositions box. Defender playing a sloppy ball across the area led to the equaliser. Last game of the day a 2-1 against Lincoln B. Pleasing performance from Ernie who made saves and key times in the game. Big save at 1-1. Diving to his left after striker was put through 1on1 and then right at the end, a strong hand to tip a high shot over the bar to protect the lead. Really chuffed with his step up in age groups. A bigger challenge which Ernie is really looking forward to facing.

SUCCESS Sunday - What Was Your Win This Week?
Each week, I invite you to share your biggest win. This isn't about the scoreline, but rather what aspects of your goalkeeping you improved or what new product you got to enhance your game. Additionally, can you name three things you are grateful for? These don't have to be goalkeeper-related. The reason I do this is simple: everyone has tough weeks. Reflecting on and writing down your recent wins and what you're grateful for is a PROVEN way to realise that life is pretty great and you're a very lucky person. To get you started, here’s my win and what I'm thankful for this week: MY WIN: Getting over 7900 members and growing in this community, WHAT I AM GRATEFUL FOR: 1. Finally getting the free course live for you guys. 2. The amazing weather we have been having. 3. Adding another 9 goalkeepers to the J4K goalkeeper glove sponsorship program. Share your win below and what you’re grateful for. Let's keep INSPIRING each other - Comment below, whats your wins.👇👇👇 And Remember, you are ALOT better off than what you may think ❤️ Ray

Biggest win we've had this week is having a big improvement of how we deal with the ball at our feet. Ernie has always had really good ball control but with his fine motor skills issues he sometimes struggles striking a ball cleanly and more often than not we end up with a toe poke, but we've really come on with are technique. Only one graretful this week as its a pretty big one for Ernie after the shambles of how it ended at primary school for him. He's had his first days at secondary and to say he's smashed it is an understatement. Really good feedback from teachers about his attitude and maturity for his age and the amount of friends he's made from other schools that have joined year 7 has really made his year. Have a good rest of the week, and hopefully we all smash any games we might have this weekend 💪
GOOD LUCK THIS WEEKEND

Ernies tournaments don't start till week tomorrow, good tests this year playing u15s and Bradford City inclusive have joined the league so should be a good standard. Less said about Mansfield Town currently the better 🤣 Enjoy your weekend all and good luck to those who have games 💪
