Weird Pricing on Website and Checkout
How do I find the official prices for ordering posters. When I check the pricing tab on the order portal, I click through the different regions, they all use pounds, but with different prices. When checking out you pay in pounds, so I would expect that I should be looking at the UK prices, which shows a 24x32 inch poster costing £10.99, but when I go to checkout it says I have to pay 13.99 instead of 10.99. £13.99 was the price shown under the USA pricing tab, but it's not USD, it's still pounds meaning I'm paying about $19 USD instead of 13.99. Is this intentional? A problem with checkout? Want to make sure I don't get confused when setting prices on Etsy and not making the right amount of profit.

All prices in the pricing tab are given in GBP - this is intentional. Posters are more expensive to print in the US. Setup your pricing to have a UK price and a rest of the world price (charge a couple £ more for rest of the world) and you will be making the right profit by off-setting the increased cost.
US Shipping Times
Firstly - this isn't a complaint just something I thought was worth mentioning to others. On the whole order fullfillment with Print Shrimp has been exceptional - UK orders are shipped so fast! I have however noticed that USPS shipping times for US orders have pretty much always exceeded the 3-4 days quoted on the Print Shrimp pricing guide. I have had 2 minor complaints regarding these delays (One order took 13 days in total - thankfully no bad reviews!) and have decided to update my US shipping profile to DPD classic (2-6 days) to more accuratey reflect the true shipping times - and to avoid any more issues! Has anyone else experienced the same longer shipping times for US orders?

Be careful with trademark infringement and use of official club names/badges etc. Too many strikes and you can lose your store
Framing Options
I am aware this topic has been discussed previously - and don't want to overly pester Tom on this. However I have had 3 customers message in the past week asking whether I offer framing options - and bascically I just give a generic - we are working on it reply. It's frustrating because there's a clear demand for this - and our shops and Print Shrimp could be missing out on sales! I can see framing is a greyed out option within the order portal, and has been previously discussed as a 'coming soon' feature. I would love to know if there is any updated timeline on this - if anything just so I could pass that on to customers and say we are X weeks/months away from offering this.
