Possible rental opportunity I’ve got a house currently for sale. We had 3 offers at 175k when we initially went live 2 months ago. After some crazy stuff out of my control. Nothing to do with the house. (pm for whole story). I am willing to deal big time on this place. If someone would throw 139k my way we could probably make a deal. Should rent all day for $1200 Currently listed at 160k and will stay that way. But for an investor on this page I’m willing to deal. Would love any feedback either way.
