1099 Employees
Hi, I have 2 staff members. They are 1099’s. Should I have them get a LLC and pay them through their EIN. What are your suggestions?

Yes. IF they are 1099s it benefits them (tax write offs, etc) and you (compliance) if they have an EIN. They can have an LLC or INC. I defer my contractors to their accountant for further advisement on "how they should file".
