Say Hi 👋 Introduce Yourself
Say hi 👋 You’ve joined so introduce yourself. It takes two minutes and it makes this feel a lot more real than just watching from the side. Here’s a template if it helps: Name: Where you’re from: What you do: Your goal: try to be specific. A number or a look or a date. Not just “get fit” Where you’re starting from: be honest What’s stopped you before: Don’t overthink it. When I started my goal was literally just abs. That was the whole reason. You don’t need a deep story. I’ll reply to every one of these myself. Have a look at other people’s intros too and say hello. These are the people who’ll be in your corner. I’ll go first: I’m Josef. I started from scratch 16 weeks ago and I’ve lost 15kg since. I wanted abs and now I’ve got them. Now I want to help you get yours.

Read This Before You Post
RULES Quick one before you post I want this to be a good place to be so there’s a few ground rules. Nothing crazy. Be decent. No taking the mick out of anyone’s body or progress. Everyone’s starting somewhere and I did too. No judgement. Beginners and people who’ve trained for years are on the same level in here. Help don’t show off. If you give advice do it because you want to help. If you disagree just say it nicely. No spam. Don’t promote your own stuff or message people to sell them things. That’s an instant removal. Show up. Post and comment and share the good days as well as the bad ones. This only works because people take part. I’m not a doctor. I share what worked for me and what the research says. If you’ve got an injury or a medical condition speak to your doctor before changing your diet or training. If something feels off message me directly. Don’t argue about it in the feed. I’ll warn you once if you break the rules. After that you’re out. Hopefully we never get there. Josef

Start Here: How This Community Works
Hey, welcome in 👊 I’m Josef. 16 weeks ago I started from scratch. Since then I’ve lost 15kg and got a six-pack. Everything in here is what I actually did so there’s no fluff. Quick guide so you don’t get lost. Classroom is where the course is. Go in order: Mentality first, then Training, then Sleep & Recovery and Diet last. I know diet is what everyone wants to jump to but I saved it for last on purpose. It’s what changes how you look but it only sticks if the other stuff is sorted first. Every lesson has a short video and a checklist. Do the checklist. Watching and not doing anything gets you nowhere. Questions? Post them in Mentality, Training or Nutrition depending on what it’s about. I read everything. Anything else goes in Q&A. Introductions is where you say hi. Wins is for progress. Big or small it all counts. Calendar has the calls. Start with an intro today. It feels a bit awkward but everyone in here has done it. And if you want something more personal, I do mentorship where we build a plan around your schedule and your goals. Book a call here if you’re interested: [LINK]. Totally fine if not. The community has everything you need to get going. Glad you’re here. Josef

6 months with the Powell Method: one of my client’s transformations
Post: 6 months ago he came to me as my first client. Today he looks like this. I didn’t give him anything new. I gave him the exact system I used on myself and built it around his life. Where he started What we did 1. Mindset first. Before any training we worked on why he wanted this and how to stay consistent when motivation drops. This is Module 2 in the classroom, and it’s where most people fail. 2. Training with a plan. Every session had a purpose. He logged every set, rep and weight so we could push him a bit further each week. No random workouts. 3. Diet. We built his meals around his real week, not a perfect one. Protein, simple food and no crash diets. 4. Sleep and habits. Recovery decides how fast you change. We fixed his sleep and cut the habits that were holding him back. 5. Peptides, my client wanted to try GHK-CU, this completely changed his face and the spots he had, making feel much better about his appearance. 5. Weekly check-ins. Every week we looked at what worked and adjusted. That’s how 6 months of small steps turns into this. The result None of this is a secret. It’s the same system I’m putting in the classroom for free, Modules 1 to 5, and I’ll keep adding to it. Your turn: where are you starting from right now? Drop your “before” below and tell me your goal. I’ll reply to every one.

6 months with the Powell Method: one of my client’s transformations
A little about myself
16 weeks ago I started from scratch. Today I’m 15kg lighter and I’ve built a six-pack. It didn’t start with a big life-changing moment. I just wanted abs. But seeing results week after week got me hooked. Training became something I didn’t want to miss. It wasn’t easy though. The hardest part was the day after a bad day. One slip doesn’t ruin anything. The thought that follows does: “I’ve already blown it.” Learning to catch that thought changed everything. Here’s what worked: → Diet: calories in vs calories out with protein first → Training: consistency over intensity. I log every set → Mindset: a clear target with a number, a look and a date → Recovery: good sleep and a proper warm-up None of it is complicated. You just have to do it consistently. Beyond the basics, I also break down the science behind peptides: what the research says, what’s hype and what’s worth knowing. That’s coming inside The Powell Method alongside everything else. Everything I did is in the Classroom. Now I want to hear from you. Where are you at right now and what do you want to change? Drop it in the comments and I’ll reply to every one.
