Baseline pivot /court side pivot / counter for both/ turn around jumpers both sides Do this on both sides Once complete 10 makes at the free throw line. Does not have to be in a row 3) 5 spots you’ll make a layup, mid range and then a three. If you miss you restart 10 free throws at the end of each round You’ll do 3 rounds of this 4) free throw line. You will throw ball up in the air and run to the elbow and back.
