💥 Week 3: When the Butterflies Leave
Let's be honest. The first few days are always fun. New goals. New commitments. New possibilities. Everybody's excited. Everybody's motivated. Everybody's ready to change their life. Then something happens. The butterflies leave. The excitement fades. Life starts lifing again. 😄 Work gets busy. Schedules get crazy. Unexpected things show up. And suddenly the thing you were excited about becomes something you have to be intentional about. That's when the real work begins. Because motivation is a spark. But consistency is a choice. And discipline is a habit. And the people who create meaningful change aren't usually the most motivated. They're the ones who keep moving after the motivation wears off. So here's the question for this week: When the excitement fades, what's your typical response? Do you get distracted? Do you get busy? Do you lose focus? Do you start overthinking? Do you quit measuring your progress? Do you slowly drift back into old habits? And more importantly... What's made you stop in the past? Be honest. No judgment. Just awareness. Because once you know where you've typically gone off track, you're much more likely to recognize it before it happens again. 👇 Share your answer below. Lead. Grow. Move. 💥

In group settings it's easier for me to stay focused. And once I lock in on a routine I'm good. I was locked in for many years and somewhere along the line I got complacent and slowly started getting off track. When I do it on my own, I'm excited a week or so and then I start to overthink. That's why I'm glad this group exists.
💥 Midweek Check-In: Let's Get Specific
One of the biggest mistakes people make when they decide to change is setting goals that sound good but can't be measured. "I want to get healthier." "I want to grow." "I want to be more disciplined." "I want to get closer to God." Those are great desires. They're just terrible scoreboards. 😄 You can't hit a target you can't see. So here's your midweek challenge: Where do you want to be 100 days from now? And be specific. Not: ❌ Grow my business But: ✅ Add 10 new clients ✅ Increase revenue by $2,000/month Not: ❌ Get healthier But: ✅ Lose 15 pounds ✅ Walk 100 miles ✅ Strength train 3x per week Not: ❌ Grow spiritually But: ✅ Read the New Testament ✅ Pray 10 minutes a day ✅ Complete a devotional plan The Comeback isn't about vague intentions. It's about intentional movement. Because what gets measured gets improved. 👇 Drop your measurable 100-day target below. Let's help each other make it real. Lead. Grow. Move. 💥

Week 1: The Drift
Full training below! 👇🏼 Once you’ve watched, here’s the assignment: Identify where you’ve drifted and name it. Tell us where that is. Choose one intentional move you’re going to make to stop drifting.

I’ve drifted in my focus. Not because I stopped caring or stopped working, but because I’ve been trying to do too many things at once. I’ve spent a lot of energy chasing what might work instead of fully committing to what I already know I want to build. My intentional move is to simplify and prioritize. Insurance is my main professional focus right now. I’m still going to DJ because I love it, and I’m still going to coach because helping people change their lives matters to me, but I don’t need everything to have equal priority. I need to stop confusing movement with progress. So my move is simple, decide what matters most in this season and give it my best energy first. And that is life insurance. Less chasing. Less distraction. More intention.
💥 Day 1 Question
Welcome to The Comeback. We'll start our first leadership session tomorrow night, but I didn't want us waiting around to get moving. So here's my question: Where do you need a comeback most right now? Not where everything is wrong. Not where you're failing. Just where you've drifted. (I’ll talk more about that tomorrow night.) Maybe it's: 📚 Personal Growth 💪 Health 🙏 Faith 💰 Finances ❤️ Relationships 🚀 Leadership 🧠 Mindset Or something else entirely. And more importantly... What would a win look like 100 days from now? Don't overthink it. Just be honest. Sometimes the comeback starts by simply admitting where you want to grow. 💥 Let's hear it.
