The Mirror You Can’t See In
Ever notice how you can spot someone else’s talent from across the room, but when it comes to your own gifts… crickets? 🦗 I had a friend tell me last week: “You have this way of making people feel seen and capable.” My instant reaction? “Nah, I just ask questions.” But then he said something that stopped me cold: “Do you realize you’ve said that exact thing to three different people this month about three completely different strengths they have?” Wait… what? 🤯 Turns out I’ve been doing this thing where I can clearly see what makes other people amazing, but I’m completely blind to my own zone of genius. Maybe you do this too? You know exactly why your friend should start that business, but you can’t see your own entrepreneurial instincts. You’re the first to tell someone they’re a natural leader, but you dismiss your own influence as “just being helpful.” You celebrate everyone else’s creativity while calling your own ideas “just random thoughts.” Here’s the thing: We’re walking around with superpowers we can’t see because they feel too normal to us. That thing you do without thinking? The way you naturally show up that makes people feel better? The skill that’s so easy for you that you assume everyone has it? That’s not normal. That’s your gift. Maybe it’s time to start seeing yourself through other people’s eyes 👀 What do people always say you’re good at that you brush off as “nothing special”? I’m genuinely curious… tell me in the comments 👇

Your Dirt Attracts God
Your dirt attracts God. We all are fallen and prone to making mistakes. We all are people who try and fail. When we are at our lowest Gods there to pick you up. We at times allow the fear of failure or fear of man to creep in and keep us from our destiny. We are all in a process and in a season. Don't let your season define who you are but let God dwell richly in your mind. Dirt can be cleaned off. Shake it off and trust God has a great plan for you and your family.

Sunday Mondays
Hey Men, Jory here from Prescott, AZ. I wanted to bring up something that’s been on my heart lately: the “Sunday Mondays.” What do I mean? That pit in your stomach on Sunday afternoon when you’re already dreading Monday morning. It’s a reality for so many men. The statistics show that Sundays are the day men struggle most deeply, even to the point of higher suicide rates. Why? Because we carry an incredible weight of work deadlines, marriages, kids, caring for aging parents, financial pressures, house and car repairs, ministry responsibilities. The list doesn’t stop. But here’s the deeper layer: many times, the “Sunday Mondays” come from being out of alignment. When our relationship with Jesus isn’t central, and when our work feels disconnected from our calling, the stress grows heavier than it should be. This week, I want to encourage you to pause and reflect: - How close are you to Jesus right now? - Do you feel aligned in the work you’re doing, or are you just grinding? Sometimes the bravest step we can take as men is simply to confess the weight we’re carrying and invite God back into the center of it all. What about you? Do you feel those “Sunday Mondays”? How do you handle them?

This is one of the best questions we can ask ourselves. It gets to the roots of our thoughts, emotions, and actions. I consistently use this question to help me navigate with the Lord all the things I face.
