The skill clients pay $5000+ for (and it’s not automations)
I’ve been watching our 3,400 students in AIS+, and I noticed the people making the most money are all doing this: https://app.aiautomationsociety.ai/10-hours The people charging $5,000, $10,000, even $50,000 per engagement weren't better builders. Before they ever opened n8n/Claude Code, they did one thing differently: → They found the automations worth building first. It’s like a mini audit. Just by asking a few questions and mapping out the opportunities, they were able to get clients excited and also choose the right projects to work on. And the best part is you can practice by running this same system on YOURSELF. I call it 10 Hours to 10 Seconds, because doing this can easily save you or your clients 10 hours a week by automating the right things. Get all the details here: https://app.aiautomationsociety.ai/10-hours Talk soon, Nate PS: If you’re in AIS+, this has already been updated and provided to you at no cost. You can find it in the classroom

@Connor Kennedy haha, what a butt-lug
Just crossed 100 subscribers on my first fully automated YouTube channel!!!
I know I’ve mostly been a lurker here… reading posts, saving ideas, and getting inspired by everyone sharing what they’re building. I don’t comment often because I’m usually deep in build mode, but I genuinely appreciate the wins and lessons people post. It helps more than you probably realize. I use your wins as fuel for my motivational bonfire. That’s why I wanted to make this post and share one of my first big milestones. My channel is an instrumental music project (80s inspired Synthwave) I built using n8n and automation. I know 100 subscribers isn’t massive, but it’s proof to ME that what I’m building actually works and can solve real-world problems around consistency, scale, and time. My plan is to use this automated system to help content creators increase their reach and growth without burning themselves out. I’m still finalizing it for client use, but it already saves me hundreds of hours personally when creating YouTube content. It’s been a long and wild ride learning n8n and automation, but six months in, and I’m almost ready to start selling my first product using n8n, I’m SUPER excited!! I truly hope this helps inspire some of you. Don’t stop. Keep pushing, learning, and building! Massive THANK YOU to this community for the motivation and to Nate for all the amazing content. I swear I watched every one of your videos when I started digging into n8n back in June. Here's to 2026! Keep on keepin on~

The first 100 subs is the hardest, good luck you're on the right track
🚀New Video: The Cheapest & Easiest Way to Self-Host n8n (Beginner's Guide)
In this video, I’ll show you the cheapest and easiest way to self-host n8n using a Hostinger VPS, even if you’re a complete beginner. Self-hosting can feel scary at first, but with this setup you don’t need any DevOps or technical background. I walk you through the full process step by step, including one-click installation, how to set up automatic backups, how to update and maintain your instance, and how to scale it when you need more power. By the end, you’ll have your own private and secure n8n environment that runs smoothly, costs less, and lets you sleep at night knowing everything is in your control. Is Hostinger a decent host? I've been with siteground 10+years but it's getting a bit pricier.

Klarna Fired 700 for AI, Now Hiring Humans: The Critical Mistake Companies Make
Someone shared news about Klarna firing 700 employees for AI, then hiring humans again after a $40 billion valuation crash, with the caption "AI is going to replace humans." Here's why this story reveals a critical business mistake. The surface narrative: This looks like proof that AI can't actually replace humans, and companies are learning this the hard way through failed implementations and financial losses. My analysis: AI can automate a workflow entirely - it just needs a resilient humanized workflow before robots get introduced. This is the mistake major companies are making. The fundamental error: AI should not solve new problems during scale. It should only automate what's already working with humans. Klarna likely had unsolved constraints in their workflow, hoping AI could solve it for them. The reality check: AI cannot self-organize like humans can during times of stress... yet. This is why the human-first, AI-second approach is crucial for successful implementation. The strategic lesson: Companies that use AI to fix broken processes will fail. Companies that use AI to accelerate proven human processes will dominate. Klarna's mistake is now everyone else's opportunity to learn. Hope you found this valuable! :)
