I am new andhaving such a hard time connecting the webhook in make.com with Elevenlabs and I can’t really find any helpful videos to shows the process fully. I started a travel agency and created an Asia receptionist for me. I managed to build it on elevenlabs connect the phone # with twilo to handle incoming calls for me for only general info. Now I want to move onto booking a simple callback. Please anyone point me in then right direction it would be appreciated!!!!

I have my Ai Receptionist build finally. It took about a week to get it to the point it now takes the call, gathers details, checks my calendar and sets an appointment. The issue I am struggling with right now is the repeating of the phone number. It’s repeating it back as numbers not as a phone number. Can anyone shed some light as to why this is happening? Thanks in advance

What platforms or stacks are you all using to build AI receptionists? I’m new to this space — just built mine in ElevenLabs and connected it with Make.com to check availability and book appointments directly into Google Calendar. Curious how others are setting theirs up.

I am using the make.com blueprint for Voice Agent Check Availability Template (Cal.com) I updated everything to America/New_York timezone but the request date coming into the webook is not converting over correctly by the openAI. I added some screen shots hopefully it helps me get soem help on this lol
