Not everything actually moves me forward, though and it’s so hard to tell what’s truly important for me! The central questions are: Does this solve a problem I actually have? Do I need this for my business? Do I need to be proficient in it? Only when the answer is "yes" is it worth taking a closer look. Could it be that, in the end, the winner isn't the person with the most knowledge, but the one who best knows what to ignore? How do you decide which new developments to spend your time on and which ones to consciously ignore?
