I got to watch @Tori Levitan deal with a very difficult real estate scenerio that i think everybody could benefit from. She recieved a Zillow Lead, showed them home. Crushed it. The showing lasted 45 minutes. Her and the client hit it off. She finds out that this client has a friend whose also an agent. She didnt have anything signed with her agent friend so it was fair game! We thought we could show her and the teams value to maybe win this client over. Tori goes home and sets this client up on an MLS search. Come to find out...the very next day the client goes out and does a home tour with her agent friend and saw all of the properties from Tori's MLS search. The client was super sweet but didnt understand why she couldnt use both agents. Tori had the difficult conversation and explained hey you have to pick one or the other. Only 1 of us can get paid and neither me nor your friend want to step on toes. The client goes oh... i was planning on using my friend anyway. Can you imaaaaaaaaagine. @Elise Palacios and I want to do a 7 day and a 30 day challenge with prizes for the winners. The stakes are simple.
