@Arman Bansal 2 days out of the week something you definitely dont wanna do too long or you'll crash your metabolism.

@Adonis Argentino basically you limit cut out all macros aggressively except protien. Then you fat and carb can be about 5g's while protien is very very high. Combined with only eating once a day. I only plan on doing this 2 days out of the week from my regular plan. This is to get somebody fat off as quickly as possible.
How long have you guys worked out for?
I personally trained for 5 years almost exactly now. Not steading progress, I have done cuts and bulks which affected my strength/muscle. But when I look at where I am now, vs where I start, the overall lump sum is a huge win in my opinion. Lmk how long you have trained for?🏋️‍♀️
