Bundle offer
Hi allπŸ‘‹πŸ» Hope everyone is good this Friday ( how is it the weekend already!! I'm currently in the process of making end of term thank you gifts for my daughters teacher for the end of Summer term. I was thinking of offering these out to parents as thank you gifts ( if I can get mine perfected🀣) and creating as single notepads or bundles, what would you charge for them? I've added pics of what I've practice run this morning. There will be a desktop planner that has 30 pages ( so monthly thinking of repeat orders) 4x6 notepad that will have 35 pages, a 5x7 notepad that has 35 pages, 1x bookmark and a 4x4 notepad that has 40 pages. I've never done this before so I've no idea about costing or bundling🀣 let me know what you think xx

Lovely idea. For me, I would work out your cost per item 1st (Or cost per bundle but then you have to rework the price if you wanted to sell individually). Then add on your time and planning. That's the minimum 😊 then just look at the current market and see what profit margin looks like For example: My 3x planner set costs £3.23 to make Takes me about 2 hours ( whilst I'm still fumbling around and learning ha) The average custom bundle of 3 (on Etsy) can go anywhere from £20-£35. So I price for £20 to stay in the market and not under cut other sellers but they are not paying the high end whilst I learn this craft 😊.. This gives me about £16 profit for 2 hours work (I am comfortable with this as I'm learning and do this in the evening when kids asleep so that's a win)
Help me create your dream stationery collection!
Okay, I need your input on something I'm putting together 🌸 I'm about to release a new monthly membership inside the Stationery Creators Club (thanks to those who upgraded already πŸ€—) where you get a fresh kit of design assets every month β€” based on what's trending and what fits the season. The idea is to give you everything you need to actually MAKE stationery, without having to source bits and pieces from a million different places. Here's what I'm thinking for each monthly kit: Clipart elements Seamless patterns Frames, borders & dividers Hand-lettered words & phrases Textures & backgrounds Ready-to-use templates But before I start designing, I want to hear from YOU. What are you actually wanting to make? What kinds of designs would make your life easier? Are there themes, aesthetics, or specific elements you're constantly searching for and can't find?

@Claire Morgan I currently like A5 as they are easy to position 2x per page whilst still learning. And journals to print myself 😊
First Try Making Magnetic Bookmarks
Today I finally tried making my own magnetic bookmarks for the first time and it was way easier than I expected! And this was how I did it: I printed my designs on the same sticker paper I usually use for stickers and flipped the design horizontally so the front and back would match after folding. Then I added a small space in the middle for the fold. After roughly cutting them out, I stuck the designs onto thicker 230g paper to make them sturdier. Then I laminated them with matte laminate sheets for a nicer finish and extra durability. Since I don’t have a cutting machine yet, I cut everything by hand with scissors βœ‚οΈ For the magnets, I used thin magnetic sheets, cut them into small squares, and glued them inside the bookmark so they clip nicely onto pages. And here are the results! πŸ˜‹βœ¨ I’m really happy with how they turned out and will definitely experiment more with different designs in the future ☺️

Thank you for this! I went down a YouTube spiral last night to see how to make these, but everyone just pulls out a Cricut explore or something ridiculously expensive to make it ha. Its good to see you found success with simple scissors 😁

The 1st time creation stress paid off! πŸ€—
I have been putting of notepads as I only had a 12 page guillotine cutter and was not getting even cuts. But after a LOT! Of waste paper and a few curse words I finished my 1st planner bundle πŸ₯°. I eventually found it helpful creating my own template page that was bespoke to my printer limitations. Now I use one template per every 8 pages and cut that's way. I am officially listing my 1st physical notepad sale tonight πŸ€—

@Carla Ball I looked into my printer settings to understand what it's printed border is (Epson ET-2860). So the print border for this is 0.3mm So I made a dotted border exactly 0.3mm around, then inside of that, I then mapped out the dimensions I wanted my pad. For the small lists I knew I wanted 3x per A4 page. I am fairly good at maths, but you could also use AI to do the maths for you 😊

Our first course is LIVE! πŸŽ‰
A warm welcome from me to all of you πŸ’› Our first-ever course, Stationery Foundations, is officially live in the classroom, along with a step-by-step bookmark tutorial complete with a free template. If you're brand new to stationery, the bookmark is the perfect first product to make. It doesn't need much in the way of equipment or tools, and you'll have something real and finished in your hands by the end. I'll be honest with you β€” I'm new to teaching and recording courses ☺️ (it also took me way too long to edit and put together!). I'll get better with every video I make, the same way we all get better with every product we create. We're learning together! I'd love for you to go through the Stationery Foundations modules and explore the materials inside each lesson. I've packed them with worksheets and cheat sheets including: - The Dream Your Stationery worksheet - The Stationery Starter Toolkit - The Paper Cheat Sheet - The Choose Your First Product worksheet And finally β€” two small things I'd love from you: 1. If you haven't already, introduce yourself in the community feed so we can welcome you properly 2. When you make your bookmark, post a photo! Share it with the hashtag #MyFirstBookmark β€” I cannot WAIT to see what you create! Who's excited?! πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈβœ¨ -->>https://www.skool.com/stationery-creators-club-3580/classroom
