👋 Tell us who you are
Drop a quick intro so we know who's in the room: - Your name + clinic (and where you're based) - Your specialty (vestibular, pelvic, ortho, sports, peds...) - The one task or admin headache eating most of your time right now - One thing you wish AI could take off your plate I reply to every intro personally. Welcome aboard.

@Daniel Davids Nice to meet you and I appreciate you posting! What EMR system do you use and do you take insurance?

@Daniel Davids My biggest thing right now is that I have customers contact me from multiple channels (email, Slack, SMS, project management dashboard, etc.) and then I have to remember to keep my project management software up to date so nothing slips through the cracks! I'm currently trying to work on a way where AI checks these channels every hour and automatically updates my project management system vs. me remembering to check them all and update it!
AI for Patient Handouts
New free skill is up in the classroom: patient handouts that actually look like your clinic. Home exercise programs, post op instructions, condition explainers, precaution cards, recovery roadmaps. Your logo, your colors, your own clinical notes. The one I make in the video took about two minutes start to finish. Here's the part I'll be honest about. I originally tried to build this as one skill I could just hand all of you, and I spent a good while on it before admitting it wasn't going to work. Some of you keep your exercise photos in Google Drive, some of you want Word docs you can edit, some want PDFs, and everybody treats different stuff. One skill trying to cover all of that ends up worse for everyone. So instead the lesson walks you through building your own. The prompts are all in there and they have blanks where you just fill in your clinic info. About fifteen minutes and you have something that works the way you already work. Video and the prompt doc are both in the lesson. If you build one, post it here, I want to see them. And if something doesn't work the way you expect, tell me and I'll fix the doc so everyone gets the better version. https://www.skool.com/ai-for-pt/classroom/87e3a33c?md=93971cbb03834e43ba68b243cb9c3db9

@Lesley Rivera you inspired this one!
The 5-Minute AI Visibility Check
Made you all a free one. More and more patients are skipping Google and just asking ChatGPT or Google's AI who they should go see, and it's surprisingly easy to have no idea whether you're the clinic it names or not. Good news is you don't need a paid tracking tool to find out. I put together a simple one-page handout that walks you through free ways to check how you're showing up, in about five minutes, right from your own laptop. What's in it: - How to run the check as a "stranger" so the AI doesn't just flatter you, which is easy to miss and changes everything - The exact searches to try and where to look across ChatGPT, Google, and Perplexity - A little scoring grid so you can see where you actually stand - A few genuinely free things that help if you're not showing up It's attached below. Give it a run and drop a comment with what you find, curious how many of you are already getting named.

Get your clinic showing up on Google (new in the Classroom) 📍
Most cash-based clinics lose the patient before the phone ever rings. Someone searches "physical therapist near me," your competitor shows up in the map pack with a stack of reviews, and you're nowhere. Not because they're a better PT. Because their Google profile is dialed in and yours is half-empty. I just put the Google Visibility Blueprint in the Classroom. It's the exact process I use to take a clinic from invisible to showing up in local results, broken into one small step a day for a week: - The profile foundations Google actually ranks (categories, NAP, description) - Photos that build trust without crossing HIPAA lines - Your services, and the questions patients are actually typing in - Posts and reviews that compound week after week Go check it out in the Classroom, then drop a comment with your clinic's city and I'll take a quick look at your profile.

New video is up: how I built the brand voice skill from the last drop.
Out of the box, AI has exactly one voice, and it is "we are thrilled to announce." Every clinic comes out sounding warm, confident, and impossible to tell apart from the one down the street. The skill fixes that, and this video is me actually building it. There is a real irony here. I used AI to build the tool that keeps my AI from sounding like AI. It worked, which is somehow more unsettling than if it had not. The honest version is I did not build it myself. Claude did, using Anthropic's Skill Creator. I told it in plain English what I wanted, it asked me a pile of questions back, and it wrote the whole thing. In the video: - What a skill actually is, just instructions you hand Claude, like a recipe - The Skill Creator and the prompt I gave it - Letting it run and answering the questions it fires back at you - Watching it build everything, including its own helper agents and a fake clinic to test against - Bundling the setup, writer, and update skills into one plugin The plugin is free in Classrooms under the Free Skills course. https://www.skool.com/ai-for-pt/classroom/e82979ab?md=ec26c08bf35743bdb8e1029104730465 Build your own and drop a comment with what you got it to do. Bonus points if it stops sounding like a press release.
