My daily workout looks like this pretty much 5 to 7 days out of the week in the morning. Iโll work out for about 30 to 40 minutes doing core strength, stretching, high intensity workout, push-ups crunches, leg lifts and finish out with tai chi and tae kwon do to complete my every day workout. I then follow up with an indoor bike ride in the winter months, outdoor summer of about 8 to 15 miles.
