Wow to get down and personal in this group just makes my heart sing. We are all going through things and once we talk about it, we realise we are not alone. Well done for each and every one opening up and allowing to be vunerable but also to trust to open up. So sorry to hear about the house fires. I can't even imagine that and what you both must have went through! 1. I am the same with @Charl Laubscher on her number 2 in regards to pricing. This is one of my questions I wrote down for the bootcamp as I totally feel I am going to put my pricing up after the bootcamp due to a new level and qualification. 2. How much product do I need to purchase to be able to have enough variety in my salon to cater for all clients. At this stage it feels like as soon as the money comes in it goes out again. I do try to ask the question before the appointment what they normally wear and get maybe one or 2x extra colours but always worried that I will not have what they might want during their appointment. (Keeping in mind I have only started up again doing nails after 10+years not being in the industry)
