Hey everyone! I've had my STR going on 4 years now in the Smoky Mountains. Has anyone had good experiences with anyone other than Airbnb and VRBO? @Dalton Brisbois It has been solid for me. Definitely haven't maxed out the potential yet but my ADR has increased by $140 per night compared to what it was doing the previous year.

STR Module is LIVE
The STR module is up and running everyone. It contains my very own furnished checklists, calculators and tips/tricks. I threw in my referral code to Pricelabs and a few other tools to help you out. Hopefully, this helps anyone looking to run a STR. Remember - it's a vacation rental for someone else and NOT always you!
