One thing that I think gets overlooked when it comes to personal health and fitness is how directly it affects your mental and emotional health, but especially spiritually. As a Christian, my relationship with God has always been important in my life. Being the best version of myself has led to a better self image and has helped open myself more to Faith than ever before. I feel closer to God every day.
