When it comes to emotions I’ve found there’s no objective rule book on right ways to do it, but I’m glad you specified the word healthy. I would say healthy means not doing harm to yourself or others, not making a mess that other people have to pick up after you

Hello, I had been stuck on level 1 for a while now. I know that there is a point system to advance to the next level. Is there more I can do than reading and commenting on others posts?
Alex I have also just updated the levels so that the entire course and all modules are unlocked at level 2. Hope you enjoy and please let me know what you think / if it made any change in your thinking and / or living would be much appreciated.
